What we collect

When you send the contact form we collect your name, phone number, the address of the job, what you are heating and your message. When you call or text we see your number.

What we use it for

We use it to answer you, to draw and price the job and to schedule the work. We do not sell it. We share it only with a supplier or inspector when the job needs it.

Plans and photos you send

Plans and photos go to the office phone and email. We use them to design your system and do not post them anywhere.

How long we keep it

We keep job records and loop drawings for as long as the system needs them, because a service visit years later will want the drawing. Messages that never became a job are deleted on request.
